The fish MUST have been weighed or measured at a minimum, no wild guesses, but, photo evidence would be nice, but not essential, there is no prize or anything like that, it’s simply “bragging rights” the fish first off is the Whiting, it can be caught by any legal method and is available to almost anyone. I caught a nice one last summer, took a photo but never posted it, didn’t weight it, but have a picture with a tape measure.
