Aussie_fisher Posted September 29 Share Posted September 29 For lures if you’re using plastics probably just a 1/8th -1/6th oz jighead since it is a bit deep there and a 2.5in grub or paddle tail (for general fish like bream, flathead etc). With bait fishing a running sinker rig would probably be the easiest. I’ve seen big bream, whiting, luds and other stuff there but never got up to fishing it. I’d just do what you’d do for a general estuary set up. I’ve seen a lot of big fish around the boat ramp but I don’t think fishing is allowed there so you’ll probably be fishing on the Babbage road side I’m guessing?
