A good mate of mine suffers from this, he wears a thick copper bangle and swears by it. It does however turn his wrist a shade of green. Have you tried this?

Optimax is designed specifically for fuel injected motors and should be avoided with carby motors. Bp Ulimate and mobil synergy are the best fuels for carby engines

I Just sold my fish hunter 280. I ran it with a 4hp johnson on the back and it went good up to about half throttle then the thrust pushed the engine down too hard and buckled the boat in the middle. Went good under oar power. It said it was rated for 4 people but any more than two is not practical. I think the electric motors would be the go as they are heaps lighter.

yeah those shrimp are deadly, i saw a doco on one the other night, they say there little claw things move faster than a 22 caliber bullet...which would pretty much go straight through your hand..

i think you can get paint at bias boating in parramatta, maybe give them a call, and with the licence you will pass it no worries if you have mastered the quiz but you will have to watch the safety dvd to get the licence it is a new requirement. I comes with a little stat dec that you must fill out saying that you have seen it, the dvd is 10 bucks, i think you can watch it online too
Cheers Mick

I took my mate out in the harbour today and he threw the anchor out but then tied up the short rope i had there to tie to the pontoon instead of the main rope, after we started drifting i knew something was up and sure enough it was gone, i returned to where i lost it some time later and spotted the rope still floating there and we got it back! talk about lucky

Nice one! You'll have some fun in that

Does anyone know where to buy fresh (not frozen) bait in the blacktown/parramatta area, I live at greystanes and launch at meadowbank usually.

I'm heading to Burrendong Dam for the first time on the weekend, any suggestions on soft plastics to use with spinner baits or the best hard bodies to use? Any help would be great.
