Exciting stuff to hear of mate eh. Smaller blacks are often hooked up in close when not targetted - not such a stretch when you think they too are just following the slimies we offer to the kings. Blues and Stripes usually hang the shelf and wider but if the water is good and food is on offer.... keep your eyes peeled.

Hello all, Decided to slip down to the river this morning instead of hitting the sack after night shift and fish the start of the run in tide. Always keeping it simple especially with a fuzzy head and turned a bakers dozen pumped nippers into these two keepers and few throw backs. Seems like if you can be bothered to pump - you will catch fish. Plenty going on out there for the short period I was around with heaps of surface splashes and what looked to be a sou'wester creeping up. Anyway, interested to be onboard and check out what you guys are into and look forward to a bit of a laugh and some heads up with all thing fishy.
