Hi Snag King, thats a great haul you sound like you have a lots of success i squid from a boat a fair bit at port but never have any luck.When you say patinoster style do you mean with a jig or prong off the dropper? And do you squid around the islands? Sorry for all the questions mate, but im just trying to learn from someone that knows what there doin. Cheers mate!

i was also out there 3 weeks ago & there was 2 massive schools of sambos,the most ive seen out there for a while. i managed 5 in half an hour the biggest going 76cm.Not much chop eatin but still good fun. I am gunna head out there tomorrow to see whats around.

Great effort on the flatty mate,i was off coniston beach on sunday & bagged a few myself the biggest going 48cm.(pillyz did all the damage)
