Top stuff, that is a very popular spot I think, though I've never tried there due to lots of people, If we are talking about the same area.

That really is a monster crab nice catch, to be honest they taste better than Kingy's, and I usually fish only for the plate. I'll take a blue swimmer for a Kingy any day.

Real DIRTBAGS... These scum, unfortunately fishing attracts a lot of low lifes, more than any other recreation or sport I can think of. I've had plenty of gear stolen as well... such a pain, theres nothing they wont steal, just have to be vigilant now. Trust no one.

Just ask who much the little Boy weighs, they look about the same size!

Nice bream! But I can only wonder why you are using size 2/0 hooks, I think you would be better served to use smaller hooks if you are targeting breams, like size 2 or size 4. I have found a better strike rate and hookup rate with smaller hooks for bream. Good luck on your next one!

Top Catch mate, I've always wanted to go to the RNP and get some drummers, I've heard stories of monsters there, But I have no idea where to go, doesnt sound very safe either. I know you prob dont want to give away your secret spot, but at least can you tell me if its hard to get to, and if it is dangerous ? Thanks!

Low lives!! I know its hard work carrying around those damn crab traps and rope, setting them up. I know the bitter dissapointment of pulling them up empty. But this is just sad. Next time you should take down their Registration etc and report them. Most likely nothing will come of it, but you never know.

Trev's are a top fight on light gear especially around rocks. Great report!

AWESOME FISH!!

Top read reminds me of my first Day on the water as captain with my family. Also was like a comedy of errors. Launching the boat into a storm in Jervis bay. Had my girlfriend and siblings crying to let them out and bystanders on the shore yelling "WTF are you doing!" Ended up having to run the boat onto a safe beach so they can jump overboard. Left me by myself on the boat to take it back to ramp. Scary experience for a first timer so I know how you feel, but look at it this way, you now know what not to do, so you are very lucky getting all these valuable lessons, and really nothing bad came from it.
