  2. hey wacko just finishd decking out my boat mate we have met before at the shop at auburn ur days off r the same as mine would love to swap jewie stories with u mate and where r u working now i need to purchase a couple of daiwa monster mesh rods maybe we can kill two birds with one stone?

  5. thanks rzep. il kill two birds with one stone here i think we are in the same boat when it comes to inox mate i seem to be using it a fair bit as well these days last time i bought it i bought a pak of 6 ive got one left the stuff is excellent.
  6. decided to go outside for a look around on sunday.started off from botany ramp before sunlight with 12 livies in the tank set the gps for the peak the sun was showing itself as we were heading through the heads not many boats around with the sounder showing alot of activity just off the bottom jigs went down first round went to the jackets aft=er losing 2 jigs each we decided to move after sounding around we found nice reading on the bottom and guess what more jackets we decided to make our way to browns just after 9am we got to browns excited to drop some baits on the bottom as i have just bought a new daiwa tanacom our bad day on the peak was following us we didnt even have our leds on the boat after a few bad words to each other we came to the conclusion it wasnt meant to be making our way bak to botany ramp was thinking bad things happen in threes whats next got back to the ramp with fisheries,water police,rta,all at the ramp they checkd everything from licenses to boat to trailers we were there for a good half hour after thinking it was all over we relised cops were setting up rbt stop we were ok cause we didnt drink.we did the standard count to ten everythings fine with one exception my drivers license was expired by 3days.after a bad day on the water and no fish now ive also got a court day to look forward to. anybody else bomb out on sunday with the fishing or the authorities?

  10. good luck with the bulls in the river champ wouldnt mind joining u if u need a deckie with experience ive been fishing for jew on the boat around the abbotsford channel near cabbarita last 3 nights hookd a bull on the first night on 10kg playd him 4 a about 5 mins and he popped me my mate got close the same night further down the river they seem to b around. good luck
  11. good kings there boys how far down south were u guys fishing sydney is very quiet and those kings look good enough 4 a drive down the coast.
  12. good work there fellas definatly a good day out there and good fish as well better than sitting at the office oozing at the mouth over the photos ive caught all species of tuna and i think dogtooth definately the hardest fight with yellowfin coming a close second.
  13. great catch champ if u fish during the wamer months ull find that whiting that size a pretty common around the spit try the sandy drop offs around the marinas and moorings in close good luck
  14. anywhere along the coast from north head down to the national park look for boulders on low tide in close and growth on the waters edge i always start with a bread burley with prawn heads and shells u will find that u will get bream in ur burley trail as well try fishing as light as possible u might lose a few fish but the ones u get u will realy enjoy now with the colder weather the fish are everywhere every wash with a bit of structure should hold fish and dont forget the rougher the weather the better the fishing pm me if u need company always looking for a excuse to go for a flick.good luck
  15. well done gentleman definatly a good catch had a lot of success off the rocks but seem to struggle in the estuary might need some pointers from u guys!

  17. good bream champ if u make yr way down the parra river and fish the structure around the marinas with smelly baits ur guaranteed 50+ bream during slack water good luck stopping them
  18. im gona have to agree i definatly think its a big arrow squid there have been a few around lately ive caught slimies before with the same marks on them.

  21. nice catch Alladin i was also at bondi yesterday morning managed to get 5 pigs 4 blurters using bread biggest pig was 3.2kg back at home by 8 good little session suprising that theres no blackfish around.
