Great catch, whiting still on at Burrill,only a few

I tried a new spot without any luck, went back to my old spot First cast a nice whiting Next cast my personal best flathead I would like to thank who choose a rag for fish of the month, would not been able to get in the bag without the rag

There are no sharks, it was a joke

took the boat out on the lake yesterday, one ell, one sting ray and lots of small bream I decided to chase the whiting today, hard to find nippers in the wind but got enough for a fish I waited for the tourists to stop swimming in my spot, I told them there were sharks in there but they did not believe me Second carst I got a small bite, as I bought it in I saw the fish,pulled it up on the sand and it spat the hook I dropped my rod and scooped it up on the sand Pauls

I have been away for a few days, I am now back in Burrill chasing whitting Pumped a few nippers, first cast a nice flathead, then a few small ones then this monster, my personal best whitting

a nice couple of whiting from the entrance channel, bit cold and windy, but worth the time Pauls

After a slow start I caught this flathead and three. Bream, one broke of and I found it wrapped around the anchor rope

I found it hard to get any nippers, lost one good fish and caught this one with my last nipper

I had just about given up after two puffer fish, one more cast landed this nice flatty

I have a bad case of pelican itch so cant fish at the moment, try the channal between last marker and the caravan park, nippers and worms the best good luck

After many days trying every tide every bait I caught my biggest whiting in Burrill Lake, a lot of fish about, this was the only bite I got, this is my personal best whiting at 43cm Pauls

After all the rain I tried for whiting at the entrance to Burrill lake and this nice bream turned up only keeper of this session Regards Pauls

I have been waiting for the wind to drop, I headed off to fish my favourite spot on Burrill Lake. After a short time I caught my first flathead for a while, after a few cups of coffee I needed a call of nature, that’s when the rod bent almost double, I grabbed the rod and caught the biggest snapper I have ever caught in the lake

just got back from chasing whiting at burrill, three keeper, sorry no pics eat them before I thought about thaking a pic, of to burrrill to case the bream sunday

Sunday on Burrell Lake After a very ordinary summer, no whiting or any keepers, I decided to try my favourite spot first cast big hook up that produced a sting ray. Second cast produced a good bream followed by one bream after another, what a great day Pauls I dont think have my 10 posts up yet
