Very nice sesion, I have just lost big jewfish and i was about cry but how you said this is fishing and how somebody alse said, this is what bringing us back Nice work guys

yesterday after work (1.30pm) i get to the spot i pulled one more (small) maybe arround 50cm and one lost but was small as well. But spot is good, im going there now if somebody want to join me please let me know i will be there all day long

Hi everyone, I just came back from fishing and im verry happy and upset at once. I was targeting Jewfish for verry long time (8-10mounths), and today finaly happened. A week ago i have bot a little dinghy for fishing to improve my chanses So today i went, anchore in the water, fresh squid on the hook, 2pm, 30minuts later first one (relised) such a greate moment when you catch your first jewfish! (relised) After maby 20-30 minuts later again similar size, i cot one more in next 1hour (dinner) And later happend something what maked me crazy, bite bite, strike and run of my live!!! JEW took almost all line from the spool, spool was empty maby couple meters of line left when stopped, i menaged to bring the fish maby half way before the second run, this time shorter, my arm in pain but adrenalin pumping, im trying to do not rush, presher on, study and slowly im bringing fish closer and closer to the boat, finaly i can see the fish and is HUGE!!! what happend next is the nightmare, just next to the boat my jewfish did last run and line snapped!!! how uppseting!!! all fight took me arround 20-25 minutes on 12lbs leader with line 20lbs. i thing comparing to the boat fish was arroung 1,5m. 3 jew fish one the boat and one huge one almost in in one day! All happened next to the kissing point I hope weather is going to be nice becouse i have to go back there i catch this big one!

thank you guys, is any chanse to catch salmon deeper in Paramata river, arround chicken bay (concord) I see often quite big fish jumping and I dont think so its Tailor because there much more fat (round). Is it possible this is salmon?

I have light gear 2-5kg and 8lbs line with 12lbs leader. Kingfish took most of my line from the reel, I'm think I should but something more havy but this one is giving me hips oh fun wit smaller fish also and I managed already two kings on this one my lucky fishing rod

Hi all, I'm just on my way home from manly, like always on Monday and tuesday I'm going fishing somewhere not next to home today I decided to go to manly side to spring cove, I found there nice fishing spot couple weeks ago without any people on nice rock, beauty full view , cover from wind:) It was my second time there but last time I was bait fishing, this time with lures and this paid of First few casts with my bream lure and I cot few tailors couple of them gave me hips of fun (big ones), but when I cot small one and I was pulling him and few kings was fallowing him so how fast I could I change my lure and cast, bang!!! I'm on, such a nice fight and fun, king about 70-80cm, after this a bit quiet, I couldn't menage to catch one more so again I change my lure for x-rap 15g, first cast and strike! I didn't know what that but was fighting so strong but different to king fish, took me 5-10 minutes to land and what that was? Tuna (my first tuna in my live and around 50cm maybe more) so I cast again and what? Again the same, strike!, this time I did now what it was all together I cot 7 tuna, all similar size, I was so happy, they fighting so hard all action stopped around 1pm. It was the most beautiful day i can imagine!!! Ps, sorry about my English

Nothing, just few flatheads, I think it's no many kingfish there I hope I will be lucky again

this is my small fishing rod

hi everybody after midday yesterday I decided to go fishing from a pier at the house in Five Dock Bay, Drummoyne. usually I fish on the lure and pull out a few flatheads or breams, but this time was different. The first throw anything, second throw anything, third and fourth theses nothing but a fifth something has changed, I felt a blow, and after about 2-3 seconds run about 15 seconds, I was surprised because I've never catch anything strong enough teeth stretched me so much line from the reel, I had another 5 runs, for a novice like me it was an amazing experience. fight took me about 15 minutes. the funny thing is that I cot this fish on 2-5kg rod and fishing line 8LB, the fish had 80cm and 7.5 kg in weight. I hope that I still had deals catch such specimens, i dont know how to put more pictures :/ cheers, Adam
