Yeah its always easier when your catching to handle some unfortunate situations.... i was just so happy to get a PB, you just want to go again straight away, you guys would probably feel the same way. im a bit of a newby so it was a really good feeling for me, i guess that what fishing does to you right.

Hi All, Had a trip with a mate to Glenbawn last weekend managed a PB for bass at 48cm the smallest was 36cm 6 fish all up and yellow belly. it was the first time i have been there i really enjoyed it. Maybe someone from here might have been up there because there were a few boats there. I got to say the winds know how to whip up at night.... blew our bloody tent down the first night ha ha. All in all had a great trip cant wait to go back. A few pics of some of the fish.

Im Looking into The Daiwa Tatula, it just came out this year, Anyone know of somone with one?

Hi Mate, The only thing that i found with those type is they were a bit narrow and hurt the hips after a couple of hours, i then bought a Fish Bandit which was just a little wider but never hurt the hips. Funny thing is they might look the same size but different design i think.

Good job mate, im taking the daughter on friday to Brooklyn, she would have a heart attack if she hooked one of them, i have only taken her once for a few little bream up the entrance and she thought that was great. Problem like most kids is her patience or lack of LOL... see how we go.

Hi Guys, Im looking into buying a new bait caster and thought where better to ask than here for advice on tried and tested reels. I currently have a Team Diawa V103 HI, had it for 10 years and its time to replace it. I think sometimes the bait and tackle shop try to sell what they make the most money on.. Its mainly for Bass, Bream etc light lure casting. Any feed back would be appreciated looking to spend $200- $300 i know most reels at that price are pretty good but there might be some to stay away from also? Regards Tim

Hi Rev, i was out there on my own also yesterday might of seen you, i chucked every style of Lure i had at them yesterday and they didnt like any of them =, the fly guys beside me were pulling them in left right and centre. I couldnt believe how long they stayed up for and when they did go down it wasnt long before they popped back up again. What Lures were you using?

Hi Everyone, My Name is Tim "aka 1Mopar" Been in the car scene for a while but always loved fishing, just bought myself another boat after missing not getting out after 8 years, Ended up getting a little 4.5mtr Stacer centre console to get me out there. i live in windsor and do a bit of bass fishing but im really keen to try and get to the harbour and go for Kings.
