Ive just finished a rebuild of a Nautiglass V150... Was a great project, boat had been in the family since new but the biggest issue was the transom was shot - so bad the outer glass of the hull was the only thing holding the engine on!! I cut off the rear top glass section to exposure the transom and then went to town. Wasnt a bad project and for a first time boat repairer i managed to get the job done without fiberglassing my fingers together! I had a neighbour help me respray the orange/red to a nice blue colour. My bungs were s.steel on the outer side, with a copper pipe through the transom. Surprisingly the only solid piece of the transom was around the bungs. I dropped a new Merc 60hp BF which pulls v nicely. A small switchboard panel went well just to the right of the steering wheel and allows control of nav light, fish finder. She's solid as a rock on the water, great for the family.
