G'day all, Managed a few nice bream and 3 flatties on the lake earlier. Flatties 40-42cm's. Didn't have the camera on the boat. The attached is a photo of a 1.2kg girl taken once back at the ramp. She was released after the photo. The rest came home for a feed. All fish were taken of a shallow diving chubby. Cheers Sneddo

I saw keeper nets on a few boats !! Tide was not oo long on the run out ..

G'day Mik, I use the 50mm poppers. I also upgrade the rings and trebles. The ones they come with are pretty ordinary and wont last.

Been lurking for a while and enjoying the posts on a daily basis. Thought it time I made a post. Had a quick session before work. Launched the boat just before 6am and hit a favourite rack up the river a bit. Managed 2 @ 28CM's to the fork and 1 @ 26 CM's to the fork. Worked a sure catch popper with upgraded rings and trebles across the top of the trays. Needed a feed so these ones came home. Also landed 2 enormous long toms that were having fun amongst the mullet.
