great report as always mate.. very nice fish too!! try as i do i cant seem to get onto many kings.. ive caught a few, around the legal size but nothing bigger.. ive had a few big 'things' take baits and run like all hell then either bust off or spit the hook.. but thats fishin.. keep up the awesome reports as i seem to learn something everytime, i just hope i can get into some big ones soon..

just on another note... wondering if anyone can tell me any good live bait spots in the harbour..(im fine in broken bay/h'bury) balmoral is ok but i never seem to have much luck there.. i put in at roseville.. so if any one can help me it would be much appreciated..

sounds like a pretty good day out.. were you just using yabbies? i definatly agree on the boat ramp.. i generally dont need to tie up to it, just drop off/pick up mates when im getting the boat in or out... the end should be kept free and a time limit of a couple of mintues tp pick up people.. ive waited out for 10-15 mins while the guy who takes his boat out once a year stuffs around.. anyway good work on the fishing...

sounds like a good you had a good fish. well done, i only wish that when i went out a couple of weeks ago, all night, that i had caught that many jewies let alone 1!! i lost 2 but you get that. anyway good stuff

sounds like a pretty decent nights fishing. im goin out with a couple of mates in search of that elusive big jew. ive only caught a couple of decent pan sized ones. also liked the report, very good

Trying to enlarge my fish knowledge and maybe catch more!!! Do you mean trying a water bomb or similar to the line?? Ive heard about it but havnt tried nor do i really know what to do!!! cheers if you can help...
