hi mate i had booked in this week as well spoke to swr coast guard and no good reports there i postphoned untill the week after school holidays but let me know how u go bet i think if u do get across the bar there will be more fresh water than salt might be a few jews washed down river but good luck.

hi diver 1 did u get it near lake balls i"ve been getting a few there I fished for squid just out front of channell on sat 4 squid landed 10 up to a foot long then fish the balls at night. Im off to swr this weekend going tomorrow night but when i get back i will post some photos of a few flathead caught lately

hi guys have the kings moved down that way fished terrigal last week got 10 kings then went out this morn and only got one. then to top it off gota surge half way up the doors of my car has this happend to anyone at terrigal before not very steep ramp at all car might br a write off waiting to here back from insurance.

its been very quiet up this way haven't seen a king 4 months water temp at swansea last week 12 degrees in channel and 15 in ocean.

best place to stay swansea caravan park sth west side of swansea bridge follow channel out to point 2 boat ramps next to it good cabins with lake views good place to for dinner belmont sailing club you can pull up there in your boat 4 lunch too beer garden over water as for fishing been a bit quiet maybe try moon island just outside channel
