  4. hi guys i need some advice about my 2003 merc outboard its a 2003 model when i turn my key i have a continuous beeping alarm . When i hook it up to the earmuffs and start it there is a good flow of water coming out of the outlet and the alarm continues . any help would be greatly appreciated as i want to go out tomorrow in it if at all possible. cheers karl

Just a quick report from the hawkesbury on sunday.Went out with the father-inlaw and brother inlaw 5 flathead caught near the road bridge 3 caught on prawns 2 around 38 to 40 cms 1 over 60 cms approximately. Also 2 caught on pilchards around 40cms.pics attached the father-inlaws fat flattie makes the rest look tiny.We also caught a fair few undersize flatties and jewies. cheers karl ps A big thanks to flatty hunter 626 for the pm regarding locations.

  8. hi all Can someone please tell me where i can buy fresh bait from on sunday morning, i am towing the boat up to the hawkesbury from smithfield heading up pennant hills rd around 5am. thanks karl
  9. i am travelling down to gerroa in a few weeks . I will be staying at gerroa shores and was wondering if the crooked river is any good for a fish with soft plastics or bait any help would be greatly appreciated. also is it open on to seven mile beach all year round? cheers karl
  10. try sussex inlet there is boat hire there where you can access st georges basin,plenty of accomodation from caravans to apartments or motels. 2hrs 45 mins from sydney.

  13. hi raiders i will be going for a fish in the georges on sunday morning with soft plastics for the first time, was wondering if anyone could help me with what colour type and size would be best for targeting flathead bream and whiting. I will be launching the boat from oatley ramp any hints would be greatly appreciated. cheers karl

Hi all this is my first post on the site after 12 months of readiing post's,can anyone please help me with a few spots for a bit of a night fish for sunday night.Iwill be launching at Oatley ramp around 6pm.i don't expect anyone to give up their secret spots just the general area would be fine.thanks in advance hope to post my first report on monday if i do ok. cheers karl
