    Just a quick report, have been heading out for some reds of late and snagging a few nice ones. Most of the fish caught on plastics and the occasional one on bait fresh barracuda, strange not a bite on fresh cuttlefish. Have been using from 4lb to 20lb line with 20lb leader, fish ranging from 2kg to 5kg. Cheers Mike

    Had a great day on the Bluefin today with fellow raider Boattart aboard Marquis. Boated 3 albies and 4 Bluefin, tagged 2 and kept 2 Bluefin. Big thanks to Mark [boattart] for the invite and captain Rob of Marquis for putting us on the fish. Heading out tomorrow in my boat [Fishbones] just wondering if any other raiders are heading out.     Saw you guys following Reel Game south west of heatons, at least you guys had a run. Very quiet out there Tuesday, we trolled 97.5 mile for 3 stripey's. Cheers Mike

    There are schools of slimmies everywhere at shark island cronulla.There are 2 fisheries buoy's about 50 metres north of the island, anywhere around them you will find them thick. Cheers Mike

    Just like to say a huge thanks to the whole crew at Fishraider for having such a great website for us fisho's,with these cotm and coty competitions just an added bonus. Also a big thanks to Pure Fishing and other site sponsors for all there prizes and deals.There were some quality fish caught this year and many thanks to all the people that voted in the competition,lets hope the fishing only gets better in 2013.
