Nice fish but what bait did ya youse cheers Nathan

Hi Fishraiders We were fishing on Monday late afternoon around the Moons (AKA Giant Snail Island) we had dropped a couple of witches hats in near the shoreline with some tailor as bait. We left them alone for an hour whilst we fished. No action with the fishing, but the second trap caught this monster Muddie. it weighed nearly 1.5Kg The photo of the cooked crab is with my sister Georgia as well as me. Nathan

We were using peeled green prawns as bait

What a Day!! Started fishing with a mate and 3 kids at around 10.30 near Towra, the kids had a ball catching at least 20 small bream and yellow tail (All released) In the afternoon session we drifted up the Georges for a couple of nice whiting (33 and 35cm) and plenty of small squire snapper. Then in the late afternoon the boat went wild as Nathans rod pulled down really hard. he finally netted a 66cn Monster Lizard. This was followed by a 36cm and a 53cm model. all in all a top day fishing with Beautiful flathead for the whole family
