Went for a fish with my old man on saturday. We didn't get out untill about 11am and left at 1 30. Fished for some flathead got 8 keepers a good feed for the family. Also note i got my biggest sand flathead to date he went 57.5cm Have some photo's i will put up when i get home from work kane

Big weekend planned. Tonight wok christmas party, Friday a few drinks and chase a few ladies, Saturday if weather is ok head out to browns, saturday night a few more beers and sunday going to chase some kings by spear Kane

I found the best way to catch them on the south coast was to get a stocking set up like you would be trying to catch beach worms and then sway it around and they will come to you Kane

Hi went south on saturday with a mate pretty much did one drift. And we ended up 22Flathead and 9 Leather jacket. We left them biting and couldn't really of asked for a better day. Untill next week Kane

Docter confirmed i had been drinking to much so i am having a week off fishing friday night for jew in the hacking secret spot and then saturday arvo flicking sp's for flathead and sunday fishing the rocks down the coast depending on the swell. Kane

Your looking at the sand bar just before you get down into swallow rock it is in the hacking kane

Saturday Report 20/08/2005 Well we can't say we didnt put in the effort. Rainy windy current going the wrong way swarms of small leather jackets. But to no avail only snapper that hit the deck of the boat was one about 28cm which was released. Total count for the day 2 flathead 2 big chinaman leather jackets Still better then being in the office kane

Hey Guys, Its my first post on this site and my brother a mate and i are planning chasing snapper this weekend. We have access to a 6 m Cruisecraft. Normally we have chased them down the coast but this year we have only picked up small ones not even legal except one which i christened my new rod went 1.6Kg which i was pretty pumped with. Any advice on where to go would be appreciated even if you just say south or north we generally launch from the hacking. But were keen on giving the north a run. I will post a picture of the fish in the next couple of days as it is my personal best Kane
