The Squid? No - the Yakka? Ok, maybe the Bream head?
Why don't you just tell us instead!!
judging by his sarcasm ill assume it took the bream head
im sure he'll pop on and tells us maybe

made this today for lunch i used the lime juice and some of the rind i did not know if you meant chilli dried but i just used half a smaller chilli chopped finely and no seeds
i also added oregano leaves too
turned out great nice and crumbly and the fillets were easy to tear apart if you know what i mean
nice zing while you eat it mild enough for anyone to enjoy ill be using again
thanks

i cut flattie fillets for the first time ever today using this method worked a treat

me and a mate decided to take his boys for a fish at putney on saturday arvo
we were at the lane cove wharf where the boat ramp is dang its was busy plenty of boat traffic any how the kids were only fishing
they caught some tailor we ended up giving them to a couple of nice fellas with a savage i think as live bait as they were nice enough to comment on how keen the young blokes dispite the boat activity we ended up moving to a different spot nearby
we drove off leaving the landing net under the car so if you found a net near putney boat ramp congrats its still got the price tag on it
any how we ended up doing ok
a bloke on boat yelled out to us that it was a s*%t spot but we moved once before and it was not happening again
managed to snatch 2 take home flatties and 2 tailor and a fishing rod and reel and the kids were catching tailor and bream undersized but they were pleased it was great to see them hall them in every 3rd cast or so in short lost a net gained a rod i got the pressure washer out on it came up good
rod anyone
cleaned

well this morning i arrived at tom uglys bridge at about 4am hoping to have a good day
well i wet my lines 3 of them for about 2 hrs nothing was biting for me
so i decided to pack it up and head to clarkes point but when i brought in my last line bang got a bream on blood worm not a keeper but it kept my spirits up
so i made the trek to clarkes point it was better than tom uglys ie more bites got a few good hits on pillies
but nothing special
caught two bream there both undersize and a star fish by this time i though ill simply go back to where i caught a few nice fish on the tuesday just passed
so i traveled to putney heck i should have stayed at clarkes point at least i got bites there
anyhow enough of my rant heres a pic from tuesday anyhow nice bream for me 12 and bit inches
also i have only just taken up fishing again been about ten years
these places used to be good well some of them
baits used pilles ,bloodworms , squid , chicken and prawn
i think i'll right it off as a bad day on my part or have the fishies settled somewhere else now the rain has subsided
thanks
