heckendorfmortgage
Plenty of old bushies have eaten freshwater catfish here in OZ. The northern saltwater catfish can also be eaten, in fact much of the seafood extender that you get in crab salad comes from these ugly creatures. Manufactured into slabs and died to look right. Now off to Sizzler for some salads MH

Now off to Sizzler for some salads MH Me and my little brother used to catch heaps of catfish when fishing for silver perch out of the creek on my parents farm (at pappinbarra just west of port macquarie) One day we thought we would take one up to the house and eat it, HOLY CRAP it tasted like shit! I cant beleive people actually eat them, i know several old blokes from up and down the valley that love eating them, yuk!
