union Posted July 8, 2006 Share Posted July 8, 2006 (edited) caught 2 salmon. 1 of them was 60cm, which is a good size and i thought it was a record between me and a mate, but we sized up his and his was 72cm. However my 60cm was a fat one. Put on a great show too, jumping out of the water about 4-5 times. Seems that the tailor have moved on from stocko beach, all i get now is salmon. After it slowed down we planned to head back, but on the way back while driving high on the dunes we noticed a massive flock of birds (1000s) all about 150m offshore.
