The RTA should be open until 12pm on Saturday, so you might be able to get it all done

u own the boat

u have 2 weeks i think to change ownership

go out and enjoy ur weekend with the new boat and some

do rego change when the weather is crap

Unless , of course the trailer is unregistered , ( never been registered or expired rego) , then big no no to drive it around. You dont want to know what the fine for driving an unregistered/uninsured vehicle on a puiblic street is !!
