just noticed on a map that this reef exists off dangar island.

it seems to be in 10 metres of water.

is there any one who has fished this reef before is it of any size and if you have does it hold any fish

the hawkesbury doesn t have many natural reefs so was just wondering as i have never heard of it

just checked the map, and its definately in between 5 and 10 metres of water.

does your map pick up the reef.

that depth would still definately hold good fish

No reef on map

I googled mareela reef and did get some info/photos

Is that the reef that extends out off the beach with the solitary mangrove, or the one that had the cardinal marker (or is it an isolated danger marker)?
