insolent Posted September 16, 2006 Share Posted September 16, 2006 Got out for a fish yesterday went to Werrell Reserve which is only about 15 minutes from my place. The tide was not really in our favour but we caught four undersize tailor up to about 25cms but three would have been closer to the 20cm mark. Then something bashed my rod (loaded with 6lb fireline, 6lb siglon leader, peeled cooked prawn bait on 1/0 hook) after a 5 min fight landed the below fish, my PB Silver Trevally went just over 50 cm but I had to measure it off on the rod and then at home as I forgot my tape measure.
