George
Went out around 2ish and headed out to bare island but not much happening, got a call about 3.30 from one of the guys waiting to be picked up from the ramp,so headed back to the ramp picked him up and went to kurnell but that was crap.So we decided to try around moulinex point, managed to catch 2 flatties one was 48 and the other one sitting just over 50cm.After a while we left and ended up at the 3rd runway but not much happening.I Get a call from the wife saying that the little one has a high fever and we need to take him to the doctor,he's only 1 and the (wife doesn't drive )So there we are cutting our trip short(which didn't bother me)but before you know it as i was heading to the ramp i run out of petrol. What a day Just got back from the hospital and the little one has a middle ear and throat infection and to make matters worse he's teething. There goes my weekend of fishing. tiger_shark
The joys of fatherhood...it doesnt matter how much you love fishing, your kids always seem to come first... Better luck next time with the fishing and all the best with the little one.
