zen801
Went back to same spot where we caught a 8kg jewie a few weeks ago on the northern beaches. It was about 6pm and high tide at 7pm. Conditions were good as no wind or rain and a gutter in close. First cast and Herman got a top bream of 44cm the biggest fatest one ive ever seen. Not long after that he got a great size salmon. Next hour or so not much other than a small ray and flattie. Just as we were leaving the guy next to us caught a 5-6 kg jewie. Top bloke and he gave us a bit of his time very informative, a total local legend when it comes to big fish. Herman hooked onto a large ray and after a good fight it snapped him of just as it was coming onto the sand. Good night and great to see a jew hit the beach even if we didnt catch it. Sorry no photos as left digi at home.
James
seems like your haunt is firing good sign with a variety of fish been taken.
