netic Posted February 27, 2007 Share Posted February 27, 2007 (edited) Mate the Penn Fathom masters are a good riogger, I personally prefer Scotty's but the Penn's do have a drag feature which i do like, If your bomb gets caught on the sea floor or anything else for that matter the Penn will let the bomb take drag, which will hopefully allow you to not damage your boat or rigger. The only downside to them is that they dont seem to be as sturdy as the scottys....look a little weak too me BUt in saying that i think both will do the job for you, And the Penns are considerably cheaper at $369 each in some Tackle shops Edited February 27, 2007 by netic Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
