RockHoppin
Hey guys, Has anyone had any problem using these blanks on the rocks? I know they're not as hardy as a glass blank but how much punishment can they actually handle? I do most of my fishing off the rocks and the spots I do fish are not easily accesible so the rod might be subject to a few bumps n bruises - although I like to think I'm pretty careful when handling my gear - so Im interested to know how much crap they can actually handle before they 'shatter'.. squidgie
I do it all the time. Im careful with them, but they have still fallen or been dragged along the rocks, and so far so good. But yes, I do try to make sure that they do not hit on the rock edges as much as possible.
