Harbour Trevs, Dory And Tailor

Just wondering when the trevs and dory start showing up in good numbers in the harbour? And same with the winter tailor, and are they best targeted trolling? Thanks in advance guys!

hi dicko, i think the trevs are already in the harbour mate.last time i went out chasing kings the pickers demolished our baits.even live yakkas didnt last long and after about 2 min i pulled up only half a yakka. threw down a 1/0 with squid tenticle and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz trev after trev. was great fun on my shitty little squid/bream gear with buggered drag. that was until a king decided hed beat the trevs to my bait on the way down and after a short hard run with me palming the spool "PING" around the marker he went.. the trevs wernt real big about 20 - 40 cm but great fun on light gear.all released as not my idea of good table tucker.. steve...

Meh duno when the dorys to show, id wait till it starts to get colder..get some yakkas and wait nearly a lifetime.

tailor and trevs are already definitley around, bigger trevs are starting to show while the pesky smaller tailor are still around, so no bigg'uns yet (that i know of )
