Is It Too Cold For Bass

Was thinking about going out to the nepean for a bass session Sunday. Is it too cold for bass this time of year?

Should be fine for bass fishing the Nepean (so long as it has enough water!!!) Take your winter woolies if you go early!

There should still be some around Fish the afternoons when the water has warmed The bass should be hanging around the upriver side of weirs waitng to get down or warming themselves in the weedbeds

Didn't end up going out, decided to head out to wisemans ferry and try bream and EP's.

Went fishing on yesterday for Bass in the fresh and i can tell you the Bass are well and truly hibernating for the winter

4hrs for not one hit, not even on a plastic

Fished the same pool that yeilded 8 fish in March for zilch.

Also that definitely was and EP congratulations on you first.

They are a lot more silvery than Bass and have a scooped head.
