chocofallon
Great report mate, Sounds like a top session. Yeh I live on Lake Macquarie now so left Sydney for the central coast and I've read a few posts from up this way so I'd say a few raiders are from around here. You've inspired me to go for a rock fish myself. Hope you get the pics up of some of those pigs! Cheers Joe

Normally dont fish off the stones but its quicker than putting the boat in Have not targeted drummer yet, but Avoca wouldnt be a bad site. At least it gets some sun & warmth this time of the year, unlike Copa point. A good surfcam site I recently found for Avoca's swell & waves is http://www.coastalwatch.com/camera/cameras...t=10:08:54%20PM Steve

copafisher
Given the swell at Avoca this afternoon, Snapper Rocks might be hard to get to from the carpark. I would have thought it would be front on to the swell. Ray R was down at Avoca today and got a good photo http://fishraider.com.au/Invision/index.ph...c=22764&hl= Given how Avoca, Terrigal & the Skillion were awash today (4pm), I think I will wait till Sunday or Monday before I give Avoca a try. Where were you going ?
