numbnuts Posted July 21, 2007 Posted July 21, 2007 I have been looking to buy a 178C but held off buying it.Just as well because now that they are discontinued they now have brought out new models.I am going to get the new GPSMAP525S or GPSMAP520S they have a worldwide basemap built-in & with the new bluecard has actual photo maps on GPS & colour 3D fishfinding ability.Best of all you can get one delivered to your door for around $700 .Check them out they look awesome.
