I am interesting know do you eat any rays? And if you done, what rays?.

Here in Skandinavia is some rays what my fish book say very taste, like lobster meet.

yes i have eatin many shovel nose rays

and i think they are great

Hi Jani Ive cooked a few in the restaurant ,cut the wings off, skin them and then cook them similar to a flounder

or sole .I like mine under a grill with some garlic & oil ,Salt and Pepper , its quite delicate flesh and tasty.
