Whats A 17knot Nw Like In Botany Bay

whats a 17knot NW like in Botany Bay, thinking of going out tomorrow arvo in my 4.2m runabout

havnt fished the bay in years, i know 17knots is ugly but would a NW be ok. any suggestion?

i hate the bay in anything over 15 knots from anywhere. just too rocky in most spots. georges would be the go i reckon

I agree. Theres plenty of spots between Captain Cook and Como that will offer reasonable protection.

Mate the Bay gets very choppy very easily, either fish one of the

sheltered spots already mentioned or forget going out unless u like to

ride the chop and get wet.
