What Sharks Are These?

Can anyone identify these two sharks?

I've caught quite a few of them over the years off Cronulla.

I thought the first one might be a small bronze whaler?

Are gummy sharks the same or similar to 'flake' that you get in fish shops?

I have always released them, but was wondering if they are okay to eat.

They are excellent to eat and are indeed Flake or Hake as it is sometimes called
