Webby Posted September 10, 2007 Share Posted September 10, 2007 I was curious so I looked up some of my fave spots on Google Maps. The Satellite images were obviously taken on a clear sunny day and perfectly highlight where the holes etc are at the spots that I fish at! My question is: Has anyone actually tried looking for a fishing spot using Google Maps (particularly those who are landbased as I imagine it wouldn't work too well out to sea)? Davemmm Posted September 10, 2007 Share Posted September 10, 2007 Works pretty well at places like Port Hacking but unfortunately in places that are outside Metro areas the pictures arent as good a quality.
