Tuesday we fished the breakwall hoping to catch a bag full but ALAS we only managed one each.

Both of us were unlucky to drop quite a few.

Today was my first outing alone, and I suppose you can guess - NO FISH

Shame you didn't hook up today - but you did really well on Tues, really!! That first one that got off was a terrific fish!! Then you had another one on as well, before landing the next one. THen, what with all the hassles of losing the weights off the float (& nearly the other whole float as well except you were quick with the net to grab it as it floated past!!) So, all up, it was a testing day, eh??

Even the blackfish guru Dennis went home with none - so we did well!

The only one I got (and the only down!) was up near the other spot i showed you & I saw him duck his head out to look at my bait as it went past, but he mustn't have liked it as it was too deep! So I shortened my depth to about 4ft or less & wafted it past his cave (right amongst the rocks) and he couldn't help himself!! Came out & snaffled it!!

Well done on posting the pics too!! You are a champ! Will be in touch after Sat - good luck for your next outing.
