Luringbream
Thinking of heading down to Jervis bay within the next two weeks. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on some squid spots down that way, either through here or PM. I know they get alot up there throughout the year but when is it peak time? Also are the snapper on the chew down there? DAN

I used to get heaps 100 metres south of murrays beach ramp Thanks for the reply Oz. I've actually heard that a couple of times about that ramp, sounds like a pretty reliable spot. Just another question, what will i expect to find up there? Heaps of boats bunched up fishing for squid? DAN
Guest Big-Banana
Most of em' are locals who source their bait on the reef, I haven't been down there for a long time but it wasn't "that" crowded in comparison to Sydney.

Dan, The Bay is so diverse that there is no need to crowd one another and jockey for a posi, In my experience there is ample space and many different areas all over the bay that hold Squid and many other species. Don't Follow the crowd, Explore, Find your own spot and do your own thing. I recon you will enjoy it a fair bit more. Good Luck Bigfoot
