ray67 Posted September 30, 2007 Share Posted September 30, 2007 went out early this morning went in to yarra bay to get some liveys no luck so thought we would just use pillies went out side seen a huge school in front of maroubra salmon i guess!! they were feeding on tiny baits only about 1 cm in size flicked out a few lures nothing went out about 3 ks caught around 20 flatties from 40 to 50cm and one huge jacket kept a feed threw heaps back no pics as camera left at home the one good thing there was less wind out there than in the bay and sea was flat as ive seen it for a long time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thinking about the rocks on the north side? Anyone had any luck. How far out were you rainman? within range of us land based fisher people?
