Any mechanics with us on the north side of Sydney?

I'm looking borrow/hire a serpentine belt tensioning tool for a day (long flat bar with a 3/8 drive on the end).

Can anyone help?

i normally just use a ring spanner

V6 in a Taurus. Recessed 15mm bolt and the gap is just too narrow to get a breaker bar or ratchet in. Its only really access thats the problem.

no probs get a piece of flat bar and weld appropriate socket on?

Just undo the engine mount and jack the engine up and it will probably give you a little more clearance, p.s I am a mechanic, not too familiar with the tauras, but nothing is hard, some things just take longer than others, cheers Justin.
