Mine was built by Jimmy the Russian the founder of Yalta Craft, which was named after the seaport of Yalta in the Ukraine, Jimmy came from generations of boat builders . Jimmy trained the present owner of Powercat Marine, manufacturers of luxury cruise boats in QLD, and sold the business to him in about 1986. The business changed hands again in the ninetees and Powercat Marine was founded. I can tell you a fair bit about Yalta Craft from the time Jimmy first set up in Qld, some thirty years ago.
