ok you got it right but can anyone tell me what the eating quality is like and if there is a link to comfirm it

Bob,

Better target something else.

Looks like it aint good on the tooth:

Danger to Humans

The sharpnose sevengill shark is considered harmless to humans. However, care must be taken when landing this shark as it is aggressive and will attempt to bite its captors. The flesh is mildly poisonous to humans when consumed.

To late as there was one consumed the other night. There were 4 people who took part in the feast and all considered it to be quite yum. I would like to add that all 4 are still kicking at this point in time but will keep you posted if any drop offs
