Has anyone fished up Webbs creek before, if so how did you go? Also just wondering if anyones got any tips for plastics up there? Im thinking of using 70mm Squidgy Fish - in black and gold colour

There are good bass and Eps in the creek and bream as well.

Small to medium jews near the mouth as well.

That plastic size would work fine throw in a few bass minnows or gulps in the 3 inch as well and fish light heads as there isnt a lot of depth in the creek.

You could do that ,but it is easier in a yak,canoe or small punt

EP is an Estuary Perch (looks a lot like a Bass but different head shape)

There is a huge hole at the mouth of the creek as well that was full of fish the other week & some of the bends in the creek are up to 10m+ deep! Even Jewies can be caught on the lower reaches, apparantly!

thanx for the replys, i tried fishing soft plastics on sunday, but they werent interested. I saw some big fishing jumping im guessing they were hitting surface insects or just big mullet coming out to play.
