james7 Posted December 31, 2008 Share Posted December 31, 2008 G'day Cory Sprinkle a bit of lemon pepper on the fillets, then wrap them separately (or pairs) in foil with a bit of butter. Place them on the hotplate. (I only turn them once). Depending on the heat of the plate and the thickness of the fillets, they should only take 3-5 mins each side. Cheers Peter Cooked it up like this but i didnt have lemon pepper, i put some salt, pepper, lemon juice, butter and a tiny sprinkle of mixed herbs on both and put them on the bbq, Turned out very nice Thanks for the Help Peter Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
