Hi People

SAT 28FEB2009 - Near the Dredging Works.

Tide: High approx 10:30 Sunny, water clear,calm, slight wind

A good 1-1 1/2 hour session, fished from around 9.30-11:00

Picked up 6 nice sand whiting, no pesky little bream for a change.

Soon as the tide turned, all went quiet

Thought I'd give it another bash, only the one legal whiting, but this time, heaps of pesky little bream.

Water was not as clear, and a little weed. Overcast, no wind.

Amazing, hot one day, cold the next - that's fishing for you.

Next weekend - Greenwell Point. Now then, do I flog my worked VE SS for a 4WD and a boat?

Live blood worm the only thing attracting the whiting, as for the bream, anything and everything as usual.

Yes! You get rid of the toy, they're a dime a dozen and buy yourelf a good used Pajero 3.6 and a decent boat and you'll never look back.
