Austinmer Boat Ramp

just woundering if anybody would have any info on the ramp "Austinmer Boat Ramp"

Headland Av, Austinmer.

i am thinking of fishing the road bridge near Stanwell Park.. i was going to put in at Belambi and travel up the coast .. But would like to put in a bit closer that would give me the option to go both north and south from the ramp...?

just would like to know what the ramp is like? parking and access etc?

I am traveling down from Bathurst and hope to do this trip on easter...

PS: just in case no one has herd of this ramp it is about halfway along thecoast between Belambi and Bundeena, and just south of the road bridge near stanwell parkbeach?

This ramp is only useable in small swell less than 1 metre as it is an open ocean ramp. I wouldn't recommend using it unless you have a 4wd. I also wouldn't recommend using this ramp unless you are experienced in launching from an open ocean ramp and are familiar with the area. Launching your boat at Bellambi would be a far safer and predicatable option in all conditions and is only approx 15-20 minutes boat ride south.
