Hi Jethro,

I have never had any issues with the older style of SP's, but the more modern type with all the "Bio Salt" etc etc, is a lot different. I wonder if leaving them out of there air tight zippy bags affects them at all?

Has anyone seen any differing results when the SP's are left out in the open?

Keep em locked up. Some are OK, but many will degrade over time.

The bag they come in is the best I reckon.

Cheers

The gulps will go hard if not left tightly sealed in a bag, and it is a matter of hours sometimes  :1yikes:

Have to agree. Gulps are best left in their bags. All the rest my BM, grubs, tubes, etc live in a Plano box

I buy the ring binders (same as spinnerbait wraps?) with the plastic sleeves in them, remove the sleeves they come with and replace them with the bags of SP's. You will be surprised how much packs you can fit in one small binder.

I was using the waterproof Plano tackleboxes but a mate put me onto the binders and I will never go back.
