Port Macquarie Fishing

There are terrific fish on the breakwall - bream, flatties, jewies & blackies.

I love flicking sps between the boats 'sea side' of the fish co-op. Also, in front of the co-op as well.

Lots of moored boats out there to flick to & if you head right, up the 'alley', towards the ferry, there are some good fish to be had on a rising tide, tossing to the mangroves (but not too close because of the short 'stickout' roots.)

There are canals that you can access too, so lots of choices. Good luck

Hi Jay,

I have had some success in the past drifting out of the 'Coal Wall' for flatties and bream. Also enjoy fishing in and around Limeburners Creek.

Just a beautiful part of the world the Hastings River and it's tributaries.

Enjoy yourself.
