chrism1986 Posted May 5, 2009 Share Posted May 5, 2009 Hi Fishraiders, I am looking at going up to maggy island (townsville) for a few days next month.. just want to know if any one has been up recent and whats been biting. Last time I was up we went fishing off a large wharf and was catching queenies and mackeral to 5-10kg... Hope the action is still the same. Does anyone know any good places to fish around the island, I was thinking of hiring a boat and exploring for a few hours.. Thanks All Regards Chris. Sorry to jump in but would anyone have any charters/hire they would recommend, could you PM me as well. As for fishing from picnic wharf what tackle would you suggest?
