adjustedpete Posted June 7, 2009 Share Posted June 7, 2009 Went out with a mate from Qld for a bit of a fish in Pittwater today. We wernt in the best of shape after my sons wedding, but when you gotta go you gotta go. Headed off to west head for a couple of yakkas which took 1 1/2 hrs. Then decided to hit flint and steel. Managed a 38cm flattie and a just legal tailor.Moved to patonga trying to shelter from the wind and got a couple of jackets. Then it was off to juno. Dropped in a livie, another tailor, and that was it for the day. The guy in the next boat was catching the biggest yakkas I have ever seen though. They were as big as the tailor we caught. Aww well not the best of days but we will give the harbour a smash tomorrow and tuesday and wednesday AND thursday. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
